Job summary

Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP seeks an immigration paralegal to support PERM labor certification and related matters for multinational clients. You will work with attorneys and client services to prepare filings, communicate with clients, and manage end-to-end case processes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of immigration experience, bachelor’s degree, and strong writing/drafting skills. Hybrid or remote work options available from our Philadelphia, NYC, or DC offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials required.
• 2+ years of employment-based immigration experience, including substantial PERM work.
• Strong written and oral communication with clients and attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Manage PERM cases from start to finish, including ETA-9089 filings.
• Prepare I-140 petitions and coordinate related steps with attorneys.
• Draft petitions, RFEs responses, and filing packages.
• Maintain case templates and support complex filings with attorney oversight.
• Communicate with clients regarding routine and case-specific matters.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely filings.
