Qualifications

LLB degree required.
At least 2 years of U.S. immigration experience.
Experience with case management/CRM software (Docketwise, PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Pipefile).
Proficiency in English; reliable home office with high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

Prepare, organize, and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
Draft and review legal documents, declarations, affidavits, letters, and client correspondence.
Communicate with clients to gather information and provide case updates.
Maintain organized digital case files for efficient retrieval.
Manage and update case management/CRM systems (e.g., PracticePanther, Docketwise).
Track filing deadlines and assist with scheduling and coordination.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff on case prep and workflow.
