Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Active IRS Moderate-Risk Background Investigation (MBI) required.
• At least 4 years of IBM COBOL programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of software solutions to meet business requirements.
• Code, unit test, review, and integrate IBM COBOL modules.
• Update documentation (FSPs/PRPs/Visio) as needed.
• Assist other developers through guidance and training.
• Support testing and remediation of defects.
