Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• At least five years of IBM COBOL experience and strong DB2/CICS knowledge.
• Active IRS Moderate-Risk Background Investigation (MBI) required.
• Experience with SQL, JCL, and batch processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of COBOL modules meeting business requirements.
• Update documentation (FSPs/PRPs/Visio diagrams) as needed.
• Unit test, review code, and integrate modules with teams.
• Assist testers and resolve production issues via logs analysis.
• Provide guidance and training to other developers as needed.
• Develop and maintain IBM COBOL programs and related artifacts.
