You will lead hiring, mentorship, and performance management for the IAM team, set roadmaps with product and security, and drive AI‑driven workflows to streamline engineering governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in engineering management.
• Hands-on IAM experience covering OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and SCIM.
• Proven ability to use AI tools to improve team workflows and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and develop the IAM Platform engineering team.
• Own delivery of enterprise-grade access management platform (auth, authorization, and audit logging).
• Set roadmaps and priorities with product, security, and engineering leadership.
