Job summary

ClickUp is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the IAM Platform engineering team, delivering an enterprise-grade access management platform and building a high-performing team. You will own delivery, people, and priorities, partnering with staff engineers on technical direction.

In an AI-native setup, you’ll structure work for AI agents, reduce meetings, and scale a small team with agents handling status and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience building production SaaS.
• 3+ years managing engineering teams (including senior engineers).
• Identity and access management experience is required—OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWTs, MFA/2FA, enterprise SSO, SCIM, RBAC/permission and role models, ideally in a multi-tenant environment.
