Job summary

ClickUp is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the IAM Platform team. You will own the authorization engine, authentication mechanisms (SSO, MFA), SCIM provisioning, audit logs, and the core data model powering enterprise access across the product.

You will collaborate with product, security, and engineering leadership, build an AI-native operating model, and drive architecture decisions while growing a high-performance engineering organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in production SaaS.
• 3+ years of engineering team leadership, including mentoring senior engineers.
• Identity and access management experience with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWTs, MFA/2FA, enterprise SSO, SCIM, RBAC/permissions.
