The role collaborates with Cybersecurity, IT, Cloud, HR, and application teams to mature identity controls, drive automation, and deliver measurable improvements while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement in a global, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Extensive IAM/Cybersecurity knowledge across enterprise environments.
• Experience with authentication, privileged access, and identity lifecycle.
• Ability to lead and coach IAM teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IAM strategy, roadmap, and capability maturity.
• Set identity security architecture for workforce and service accounts.
• Define reusable IAM patterns and automation approaches.
• Establish automated identity controls for joiner/m mover/leaver processes.
• Lead risk reviews and access governance discussions for critical systems.
• Direct IAM tools and analytics to validate control effectiveness.
