Job summary

Viatris is seeking a Senior Manager for Identity & Access Management to lead strategy, delivery, and maturation of enterprise IAM across systems, cloud environments, and privileged resources. You will partner with Cybersecurity, IT, Cloud, HR, and other teams to reduce manual IAM processes and strengthen operating models.

You will direct automated, policy-driven IAM practices, manage program portfolios, and mentor IAM professionals, delivering measurable risk reduction and secure identity

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
8 years’ IAM/Cybersecurity experience required.
Certifications such as CISSP/CISM or identity platform preferred.
Knowledge of IAM concepts, architectures, and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise IAM strategy, roadmap, and capability maturity.
Set architecture direction for workforce and privileged identities.
Define reusable IAM patterns and control standards across platforms.
Automate identity controls for joiner/mover/leaver and access reviews.
Drive risk reviews, access governance, and privileged access discussions.
Oversee IAM, IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO, federation, and identity analytics implementations.
