Job summary

Enlyte is seeking an Identity Governance Administration specialist to lead the IAM platform, lifecycle processes (Joiner/Mover/Leaver), and RBAC governance. You will coordinate certifications and align with Security, HR, and Compliance on access governance initiatives in a large enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science (CS, Business, or related) or equivalent working experience.
5+ years in Identity and Access Management roles.
5+ years with IAM solutions (PAM, ILM, IGM, etc.).
5+ years with Active Directory and Entra ID.
5+ years in DNS, networking, firewall, server, and cloud tech.
5+ years of Windows PowerShell development.
Experience in complex enterprises with diverse auth requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead admin and support of the Identity Governance and Administration platform.
Design and maintain Joiner, Mover, Leaver lifecycle processes.
Develop and govern RBAC and entitlement governance frameworks.
Coordinate birthright provisioning and access reviews.
Align with Security, HR, Compliance on governance initiatives.
Support integration and merger/acquisition projects.
