Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a senior Identity Governance Administration specialist to lead IAM strategy and lifecycle operations across enterprise systems. You will manage Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, RBAC frameworks, and entitlement governance while collaborating with Information Security, HR, and Compliance teams to strengthen access controls.

The role emphasizes hands-on PowerShell scripting and experience with AD/Entra ID, PAM, and cloud identity platforms in a large, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management.
• 5+ years of experience with IAM solutions (PAM, ILM, IGM, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• 5+ years of experience with networking, firewall, server, and cloud technologies.
• 5+ years of hands-on PowerShell experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and operational support of the enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platform.
• Design, implement, and maintain Joiner, Mover, and Leaver lifecycle processes.
• Develop and govern role-based access control frameworks.
• Manage birthright provisioning and entitlement policy administration.
• Coordinate user access certifications, group attestations, and periodic access reviews.
• Partner with Security, HR, Compliance, and stakeholders on access governance initiatives.
