Job summary

GDH is seeking an Information Security Analyst focused on Identity & Access Management to oversee IAM operations, governance, and user lifecycle processes. You will administer Entra ID, AD, Okta, and SailPoint, manage provisioning/deprovisioning, and support SSO/MFA across the enterprise.

With 3+ years in IAM and familiarity with RBAC and least-privilege access, you will collaborate with HR and security teams to ensure policy adherence and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in Identity & Access Management or related fields.
• Hands-on experience administering IAM platforms such as Entra ID, AD, Okta, or equivalents.
• Knowledge of Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes.
• Experience with RBAC and least-privilege access models.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SC-300, Okta, SailPoint, Security+) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or five years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise IAM platforms (Entra ID, AD, SailPoint, Okta).
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role administration.
• Support authentication services including SSO and MFA.
• Conduct access reviews and audit responses for compliance.
• Manage user accounts and role assignments per least privilege.
• Collaborate with HR, Security, Infra and business teams on access controls.
• Assist with identity governance and compliance tasks.
• Document procedures, audits and risk assessments.
