Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a senior Identity and Access Management professional to manage Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure-based identity services for corporate colleagues and contractors. You will drive security controls, governance, and complex authentication strategies across a hybrid cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in identity and access management roles.
• 5+ years with IAM solutions (PAM, ILM, IGM) and Microsoft AD/Entra ID.
• 5+ years in DDI, networking, firewall, server, and cloud tech.
• 5+ years of PowerShell development experience.
• Experience in complex enterprises with diverse authentication requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements for colleague experience.
• Maintain security controls, compliance, risk reviews, and objectives alignment.
• Lead integration projects for acquisitions or divestitures to reduce complexity.
• Support incident management and problem resolution in a timely manner.
