Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of IAM across cloud, on-prem, and SaaS environments. The role focuses on Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, SSO, PKI, and RBAC while collaborating with IT, HR, and security teams.

The ideal candidate will drive Joiner/Mover/Leaver automation, maintain PIM controls, and support Zero Trust identity strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/IS/Cybersecurity or related field.
• 7+ years in Identity and Access Management in large environments.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Entra ID and related identity platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own administration, engineering, governance, and continuous improvement of IAM services.
• Serve as primary technical owner for Microsoft Entra ID and related identity platforms.
• Design, implement, and support authentication/authorization solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Manage CA, MFA, Identity Protection, passwordless, and modern access management.
• Design SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, Kerberos, and SCIM.
• Automate Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes and RBAC/access governance.
• Oversee PIM, access reviews, and entitlement management.
• Maintain PKI and certificate lifecycle management across the enterprise.
• Support network access, VPN, and device authentication with IAM controls.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and Microsoft Graph-based automations for provisioning and governance.
• Create dashboards and reports on identity health and compliance.
• Assist in audits and regulatory evidence collection.
