Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a senior IAM professional to architect and scale identity solutions across hybrid multi-cloud environments. You will drive strategy for SSO, IGA, and privileged access management while supporting rapid M&A integrations and digital healthcare operations.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and security teams to ensure compliant, scalable identity lifecycle management across 50,000+ global employees and contractors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Information Security and Identity Management.
• Lead or Principal Enterprise IAM Architect experience preferred in Fortune 500 or hyper-scale environments.
• Experience implementing SSO, IGA, PAM and CIEM architectures.

Responsibilities

• Architect hybrid/multi-cloud IAM solutions and SSO platforms.
• Lead IAM discovery, migrations, and consolidation across multiple directories.
• Define enterprise IAM standards and governance for SOX HIPAA GDPR.
• Evaluate vendor SoWs and decommission legacy identity platforms.
• Design cross-cloud federation and B2B collaboration frameworks.
