Wipfli is seeking a Senior CRM Consultant with deep HubSpot expertise to transform how organizations attract, engage, and serve customers. You will partner with clients to design scalable CRM solutions and lead implementations across HubSpot and Creatio environments.

You’ll guide discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live, acting as a trusted advisor. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in professional services or private industry with CRM focus.
• 5+ years implementing HubSpot solutions.
• 5+ years leading CRM projects from discovery to go-live.
• Experience with end-to-end HubSpot and Creatio implementations.
• Experience configuring HubSpot hubs, objects, properties, workflows, pipelines, permissions, reporting, and integrations.

Responsabilités

• Proposes solutions linked to client business needs and notifies team leader of timeline pressures.
• Develops solutions based on client requirements and standard applications.
• Collects and analyzes data, conducts client interviews, prepares workpapers and reports, and serves as lead SME.
• Communicates with clients on deliverables and project status with Project Manager.
• Organizes and monitors project work plans to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Monitors out-of-scope requests and handles change management when needed.
• Trains and mentors consultants and delegates tasks to ensure staff development.
• Participates in business development as subject matter experts.
• Leads research and development to deliver innovative solutions.
