Job summary

Wipfli LLP is seeking a Master Consultant to guide CRM transformations for growing organizations, focusing on HubSpot and Creatio solutions. You will lead complex implementations from strategy to deployment, mentor teams, and collaborate with executives to shape delivery and client outcomes.

Responsibilities include design sessions, architecture of scalable CRM across sales, marketing, service, reporting, and data, and supporting business development through proposals and estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in professional services, or 10+ years in industry with 1+ year in professional services.
• Advanced experience leading end-to-end CRM implementations including discovery, architecture, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Advanced HubSpot experience: hubs, objects, properties, workflows, pipelines, permissions, reporting, automation, integrations.
• Advanced Creatio implementation and configuration experience.
• At least one advanced certification aligned with the primary product or solution area.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex HubSpot and Creatio implementations from discovery and solution design through deployment, adoption, and optimization.
• Partner with client leaders to assess processes, define requirements, and recommend solutions.
• Architect scalable CRM solutions across sales, marketing, customer service, reporting, automation, data, and integrations.
• Lead solution design sessions and review configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying process and technology gaps and communicating recommendations to executives.
• Partner with project managers to manage scope, financials, timelines, risks, resources, and change control.
• Mentor consultants and technical team members through design guidance and delivery coaching.
• Create reusable tools, processes, and implementation standards to improve delivery consistency and client outcomes.
• Support business development through discovery, demonstrations, solution scoping, estimates, proposals, and statements of work.
• Help expand client relationships and develop new HubSpot and Creatio solutions and service offerings.
