Wipfli is seeking a Senior CRM Consultant with deep HubSpot expertise to transform how organizations attract, engage, and serve customers. You will partner with clients to understand goals, design scalable CRM solutions, and lead implementations across HubSpot and Creatio environments.

From discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, training, and go-live, you’ll guide clients through every stage of their CRM journey, collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years in professional services or equivalent with 1+ year in professional services.
• 5+ years implementing and configuring HubSpot solutions.
• Experience leading CRM implementations: discovery, requirements, solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, go-live.
• Experience with end-to-end HubSpot and Creatio implementations.
• Configuring HubSpot hubs, objects, workflows, pipelines, reporting, and integrations.

Responsabilités

• Proposes solutions linked to client business needs and alerts team leader of timeline pressures with proposed solutions.
• Develops solutions based on client requirements and standard applications.
• Collects data, conducts client interviews, prepares workpapers and reports as lead SME.
• Communicates deliverables and status to clients and Project Manager.
• Organizes and monitors project work plans to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Monitors out-of-scope requests and communicates change management.
• Trains and mentors staff; supports staff development.
• Participates in business development as SME.
• Leads R&D and foundational efforts to deliver innovative market solutions.
