Salted Stone, Inc. seeks a Senior HubSpot Solutions Strategist to drive technical engagements from ideation through execution with a strong HubSpot focus. The role is largely client-facing and requires excellent communication and project leadership.

You will design CRM solutions, map processes, and guide both clients and internal teams, delivering scalable automation across a multinational client base. Remote-friendly environment with cross-geo collaboration.

Qualificações

• Experience leading HubSpot-centric engagements from ideation to execution.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical configurations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Execute HubSpot onboarding and portal strategy projects.
• Lead CRM design workshops and data strategy sessions.
• Map sales processes and data management for CRM.
• Provide technical expertise to clients and internal teams.
• Develop client-facing documentation for configurations.
• Provide accurate time estimates and manage timelines.
• Support sales through SME input and value demonstrations.
• Collaborate with development teams to connect systems to HubSpot.
• Create ERDs for integrations.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Train team members on Salted Stone offerings.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements.
