Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner (Technology) to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, guiding talent strategies and organizational effectiveness across tech teams. You will lead HR support for units, drive leadership development, and oversee employee relations and policy harmonization during acquisitions.

This role requires 10+ years HR experience, strong business acumen, and a track record of executing complex HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP roles.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Experience leading HR integration efforts for acquisitions.
• Strong business acumen aligning HR with company goals.
• Expertise in employee relations and performance management.
• Proven coaching and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to senior leadership on talent strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Lead integration efforts for acquisitions, including change management, cultural alignment, policy harmonization, and employee engagement.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing.
• Oversee and advise on employee relations matters, ensuring a fair and consistent approach aligned with company values and policies.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR programs that support company objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
• Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, and development to enhance leadership capabilities.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to ensure a seamless HR service delivery.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to build an inclusive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while mitigating risk to the organization.
