Job summary

Sonida Senior Living is seeking an HR Business Partner to support multiple communities nationwide. This remote role includes travel up to 40% and focuses on employee relations, leave and benefits administration, and policy oversight.

You will partner with managers to drive performance, development, and compliant HR practices across states, ensuring a positive employee experience while upholding a strong regulatory mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of two years in Human Resources, preference for employee relations and multi-site experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides radical collaboration to support internal customers and foster a strong team environment.
• Delivers coaching, conflict resolution, and best practices for employee development and engagement.
• Collaborates with managers on succession planning, performance management, and talent acquisition.
• Manages policy administration with investigations and defensible disciplinary actions.
• Analyzes compliance with federal, state, and local laws including EEO/FMLA/WC/ADA.
• Coordinates records and data management supporting leave administration and discipline.
• Performs other tasks as identified.
