Job summary

Sonida Senior Living is hiring a HR Business Partner to support multi-site communities with employee relations, leave and benefits administration, and policy oversight. This remote role involves up to 40% travel to connect with sites and ensure consistent HR practices across states.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, at least two years in HR, and strong communication skills. Experience with FMLA/ADA and regulatory compliance is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of HR experience, preference for employee relations and multi-site work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal requirements and regulations across states, including FMLA and ADA, EEOC/CRA/HIPAA and FLSA.

Responsibilities

• Provides employee relations and highly responsive internal customer service.
• Manages leave and benefits administration and policy administration.
• Supports succession planning, performance management, and talent acquisition as needed.
• Investigates policy questions, conducts compliance reviews, and supports disciplinary actions.
• Maintains records for leave administration and compliance across sites.
