The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, focusing on workforce planning, leadership capability, and culture across regions. Residency in PA is required with extensive travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience supporting multi-unit operations in QSR, food & beverage, hospitality, or retail.
• Translate people strategy into scalable, data-informed initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and senior-level influence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic HR partner to Regional VPs and Market Operations Directors across markets.
• Translate workforce plans, leadership development, retention, and culture initiatives into scalable programs.
• Diagnose turnover, staffing models, leadership gaps, and team effectiveness; implement targeted solutions.
• Drive enterprise HR programs (performance cycles, compensation reviews, org design) with field adoption.
• Lead change management for market expansion and new organizational structures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements across regions.
