GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an HR Event Planning Implementations Manager for 1st shift with travel across the U.S. The role supports HR workstreams from initial pursuit to go-live and stabilization, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver workforce strategies and compliant implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of combined experience in program management, project management, HR implementations, workforce planning, HR solution development, or related operational roles.

Responsabilités

• Support HR solutioning activities for potential new business opportunities from RFI/RFP through award, including workforce planning and wage/hire considerations.
• Represent HR in pursuit kickoff meetings, solution development sessions, and proposal planning discussions when HR is in scope.
• Review pursuit/documents to identify HR requirements, workforce assumptions and implementation considerations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop integrated workforce solutions.
• Support labor market analysis and wage survey inputs to inform workforce recommendations.
• Develop workforce ramp strategies, hiring plans, onboarding approaches, and startup readiness plans for new business pursuits.
• Maintain ownership of projects through solutioning to go-live and stabilization.
• Lead end-to-end execution of HR implementation plans for programs, ensuring readiness across HR operations.
