Job summary

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is seeking a Senior Data/Report Systems Analyst to support high-level measurement and reporting for quality, safety, and efficiency initiatives. You will work with hospital stakeholders to design specifications and ensure data integrity across multiple datasets.

Responsibilities include independent data management, analysis, and documentation, becoming an in-house expert on datasets and applicable software.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience as a data analyst and/or business analyst, incl. performance-improvement projects.
• Experience with Oracle HCM; knowledge of HRMS HR/Payroll systems and modules.
• Proficient in creating and validating data reports using SQL, BI tools, and reporting suites.

Responsibilities

• Support high-level measurement and reporting for patient care quality, safety, and efficiency initiatives.
• Develop specifications with customers to meet analytic and reporting needs.
• Manage data sets, validate integrity, and audit data for timeliness and accuracy.
