Cedars-Sinai’s Smidt Heart Institute seeks a data analytics leader to guide a team of analysts, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting for the department and hospital.

You will automate reporting, partner with data owners, IT and clinical staff, and drive projects from requirement gathering to delivery, including regulatory submissions. Strong leadership and healthcare analytics experience required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, CS, statistics, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years as data/business analyst with performance improvement or reporting experience.
• 1 year of experience leading a team of analysts.
• 1 year of experience in an acute health care delivery setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Data Quality Incident Analysis & Management (define, triage, close incidents).
• Triage incoming data quality incidents and assign to staff.
• Track progress of data quality incidents in the Incident database.
• Resolve data quality issues with data owners after root-cause analysis.
• Integrate information systems, databases, and analytic tools for problem solving.
