Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems/MIS, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline.
• 8+ years of related professional experience in data analytics, advanced reporting, reporting automation, and process improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, conditional formatting, data manipulation, and tools used to analyze and automate complex reporting.
• Experience developing dashboards, metrics, and data visualizations using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
• Experience utilizing AI, automation tools, or other emerging technologies to improve data analysis, reporting, or business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to simplify and automate manual reporting processes.

• Maintain existing HR reporting and analyze, manipulate, and format complex datasets using advanced Microsoft Excel functionality.
• Transform and optimize complex Excel-based reporting processes by identifying opportunities to simplify and automate workflows.

• Utilize Power BI, Excel, and other tools to translate complex data into meaningful information.
• Create and maintain clear process documentation outlining existing reporting workflows and steps.
