CAI is seeking a Senior HR Data Analyst to support advanced HR reporting, data analytics, dashboard development, and automation initiatives on a contract, remote basis. This role focuses on transforming manual reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, AI, and automation tools to improve efficiency and data quality.

The ideal candidate will develop dashboards and metrics that provide leaders with clear insights into trends and performance, while ensuring documentation is thorough and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 8+ years in data analytics, reporting, automation, and process improvement.
• Advanced Excel with formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data manipulation.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations with Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience applying AI or automation to data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to document workflows clearly and thoroughly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for business leaders.
• Experience handling complex datasets and reporting processes.
