Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Human Resources Business Partner (Remote) to drive strategic HR initiatives across the organization, including workforce planning, leadership development, and talent programs to support commercial readiness.

The role partners with European employees to ensure global consistency while respecting local requirements, with a strong focus on employee relations and compliance. Remote-based, with international responsibilities in biotech/pharma contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years relevant HR/OD/TP experience.
• 10+ years in HR, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
• Experience in commercial biotech/pharma/life sciences, esp. during rapid scale-up.
• Ability to manage global HR programs balancing local compliance.
• Experience with DISC or similar assessments.

Responsibilities

• Align talent strategies with business objectives through workforce planning and employee development initiatives.
• Advise on employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
• Design and deliver leadership development programs and team initiatives to enhance effectiveness.
• Serve as the HR partner for European employees, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Lead key HR programs focusing on performance management and talent reviews.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure workforce readiness for commercial strategies.
