Job summary

KeyBank in Washington state seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with leaders, develop and execute people strategies, and strengthen culture across HR functions. This is the second level within the HR Business Partner family, with coverage in Washington and Alaska.

You will influence talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, and change management through data-driven, people-first solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 5+ years Management, consulting, HR or similar field (required).
• 5+ years Limited to moderate experience in mergers and acquisitions, org design, leadership coaching, talent management, IC design/ redesign, and complex ER cases. (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and Onboarding: Partner with business leaders, Finance teammates, and recruiters to develop the overall workforce plan.
• Training and Development: Ensure training plans are well-defined and executed for assigned business teams.
• Talent Management: Support talent and leadership development activities within the enterprise framework.
• Performance Management: Partner with managers to optimize the performance management cycle.
• Employee Engagement: Help support LOB engagement strategies and action planning.
• Compensation: Partner with business leaders and compensation and benefits partners to understand compensation strategies.
• Employee Relations: Address manager or employee concerns and manage less complex cases.
• Change Management: Support change initiatives and communicate changes to employees.
• Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures at all times.
