• Performance management: support calibration sessions and timely reviews with data-driven insights.
• Employee engagement: support engagement surveys and action planning.
• Compensation: understand compensation strategies and address queries.
• Employee relations: address concerns and route to ER Solutions Team.
• Change management: assist in communication plans and materials.
