Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking a Senior IT Systems Analyst to support Epic Hospital Billing (HB) applications. The role involves analyzing workflows, configuring solutions, and maintaining system performance to optimize revenue cycle processes.

The candidate will design, test, and implement improvements, mentor teammates, and participate in disaster recovery planning and after-hours support. A BA/BS and Epic certifications are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting with Epic tools.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle processes.
• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification is required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate best practices in Epic Revenue Cycle into application and workflow designs.
• Analyze release notes and specs to plan upgrades and new functionality.
• Identify gaps between current state and future state for IT applications.
• Provide ongoing technical and functional support for hospital IT systems.
• Lead project tasks, manage timelines, and communicate risks.
