Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; four+ years of supervisory experience in home care/older adult services preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, health or human services or related field preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of 4–5 Supervisors; provide guidance to Home Care Aides as needed.
• Coordinate program operations, review monthly data, and collaborate with Director for improvements.
• Ensure services meet IDOA and agency policies and maintain accurate records.
