Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of industry experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and scheduling software; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive field recruiting and hiring processes.
• Oversee onboarding for new employees and ensure timely documentation.
• Create and manage employee schedules based on client care plans.
• Provide coverage to ensure care plans are followed and uninterrupted.
• Supervise direct service staff and enforce company policies.
• Assist with onboarding and documentation.
