Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for questions, applications, and problem-solving.
• Evaluate, plan, coordinate, and manage Homecare Aides to protect clients' and the company’s interests.
• Maintain a good standing relationship with the Community Care Unit.
• Ensure client and employee records are complete and current.
