Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory experience or education in a related field.
• Must be able to supervise a team of Home Care Aides and coordinate care delivery.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required to support participants.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and consult with 40–50 Home Care Aides.
• Coordinate day-to-day service delivery to ensure quality and adherence to IDOA/CCP policies.
• Monitor staff schedules, complete monthly and quarterly reports, and maintain accurate files.
