Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks an experienced Advisor, Project Management to drive complex healthcare projects from planning through delivery. You will lead PM teams, create schedules and budgets, and report metrics to clients and executives.

You will partner with the Director of Implementation to accelerate growth and support proposals. Ideal candidates bring 9+ years of PM leadership, Medicaid/Medicare exposure, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 9+ years managing complex projects/programs through a full PM life cycle.
• 3+ years Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred.
• Experience with Catalyst or PMP methodologies.
• Strong budgeting and project tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more large project management teams by breaking down bigger programs and staffing.
• Plan, track and oversee staff deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with client and leadership; measure and share project metrics.
• Create schedules, program definitions, budgets and objectives across phases.
• Support Director of Implementation driving growth strategy and proposals.
• Assist with new proposals and business development.
