Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to strengthen the execution of complex projects and programs in the healthcare space. You will lead delivery, staffing, and client communications to ensure timely, high-quality results that improve outcomes for members and communities.

You will interface with executives and project teams, drive schedules and budgets, manage risks, and develop Statements of Work for client sign-off.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives through full project management life cycle.
• Experience working change management processes and NCDP is preferred
• Strong knowledge in project management methodology such as PMP
• Budget development, control and assurance methods, and project management software
• Ability to translate broader program objectives into clear milestones and deliverables
• Leadership to mentor junior staff and liaise with executives

Responsabilités

• Lead one or more medium-sized project management teams and oversee components of larger programs
• Staff projects and set direction and deadlines to ensure timely completion and quality
• Interface with clients, leadership, and project teams; measure metrics and recommend program changes
• Drive deliverables across all phases with objectives, schedules, definitions and budgets
• Identify and mitigate risks through status reporting and updates
• Prepare detailed SOWs and secure stakeholder agreement on scope
