Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Senior Coding Compliance Auditor to lead detailed coding audits and monitor compliance programs. The role requires independent work, coaching auditors, and developing management action plans, with travel up to 10% and a remote working arrangement in the United States.

You will analyze findings, prepare high-quality reports, and support ongoing training and audit tools while staying current with coding guidelines and industry standards.

Qualificações

• 5-7+ years of experience in healthcare, acute coding, Compliance, audits or related field.
• ICD-10, DRG, CPT & HCPCS coding knowledge for Acute Outpatient and Inpatient.
• Revenue cycle operations and auditing standards knowledge.
• Epic, Cerner and/or Meditech knowledge.
• Basic Word & Excel knowledge.
• Long-distance or air travel not to exceed 10% travel.
• Remote position with willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed coding auditing and monitoring activities on acute side.
• Analyze audit findings to identify discrepancies and develop actionable recommendations.
• Create and maintain an Audit the Auditor program and related tools.
• Provide regular updates to Compliance leadership on audits and MAP outcomes.
• Create and maintain training materials for Audit processes and tools.
• Effectively communicate coding compliance concerns to leadership and keep updated on guidelines.
• Maintain compliance audit records, reports, dashboards, and logs.
• Assist with onboarding of new Compliance coding auditors.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
