Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Senior Coding Compliance Auditor to lead detailed coding audits, monitor compliance, and develop action plans. You will coach auditors, maintain audit records, and collaborate with leadership to strengthen the compliance program.

Required: 5-7+ years in healthcare compliance and knowledge of ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, Epic, Cerner, and Meditech. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in healthcare compliance, audits or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed coding auditing and monitoring activities on acute care.
• Analyze audit findings and develop actionable Management Action Plans.
• Create and maintain an Audit the Auditor program to monitor quality and processes.
• Provide regular updates to Compliance leader on audits and MAP outcomes.
• Create training materials for Audit processes and how to use the Audit Management tool.
• Maintain compliance audit records and dashboards.
• Assist with onboarding of new Compliance coding auditors.
• Foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
• Assist with annual risk assessment and work plan development.
• Participate in periodic compliance program evaluations.
