Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Senior Coding Compliance Auditor to lead detailed coding audits, monitor compliance, and develop action plans within a remote, nationwide role.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years in healthcare coding audits (ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS), experience with Epic/Cerner/Meditech, and proficiency in Excel; travel up to 10% may be required. CHC or equivalent certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in healthcare, acute coding, Compliance, audits, or related field.
• ICD-10, DRG, CPT & HCPCS coding knowledge including Acute Outpatient and Inpatient experience.
• Revenue cycle operations, Compliance standards, auditing standards knowledge.
• Epic, Cerner, and/or Meditech knowledge.
• Basic Word & Excel knowledge.
• Long-distance or air travel - not to exceed 10% travel.
• Must be inquisitive and open to AI-enabled process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed coding auditing and monitoring activities on acute side.
• Analyze audit findings and develop actionable recommendations to mitigate risks with MAPs.
• Create and maintain an Audit the Auditor program and related tools.
• Provide updates to Compliance leadership on audits and MAP outcomes.
• Create training material for Audit processes and tools.
• Communicate coding compliance concerns to Leadership and stay current on guidelines.
• Maintain compliance records, reports, and dashboards for audits.
