Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Senior Coding Compliance Auditor to lead detailed audits, develop the annual compliance workplan, and drive improvements across acute coding and monitoring programs. You will coach auditors, prepare high‑quality audit reports, track action plans, and escalate issues to Compliance leadership while partnering with service lines to reduce risk.

This remote role requires travel to client sites up to 10% and requires strong ICD-10, DRG, CPT/HCPCS knowledge and

Qualifications

5–7+ years in healthcare, acute coding, Compliance, audits or related field
ICD-10, DRG, CPT & HCPCS coding knowledge incl. Acute Outpatient/Inpatient
Revenue cycle operations, compliance standards, auditing standards knowledge
Epic, Cerner, and/or Meditech knowledge
Basic Word & Excel knowledge
Travel up to 10%
Remote position with onsite travel as needed

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed coding auditing and monitoring activities on the acute side.
Analyze audit findings to identify discrepancies and develop actionable recommendations to mitigate risks.
Create and maintain Audit the Auditor program and monitor quality.
Provide regular updates to Compliance leadership on audits and MAP outcomes.
Assist with onboarding of new Compliance coding auditors and mentor teammates.
Contribute to annual risk assessment and work plan development.
Maintain compliance documents and records for leadership review.
Foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
