Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Technical Analyst to bridge business needs with technical execution in healthcare systems. You will leverage advanced SQL and data modeling to support pharmacy claims processing, pricing, and PA workflows across SDLC.

In this fully remote role, you will collaborate with business and configuration teams, mentor junior analysts, and document technical decisions. The position offers growth, training, and access to leadership and technical development academies.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in technical/data/healthcare analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills with large datasets.
• Knowledge of Medicaid pharmacy claims processing and pricing.
• Familiarity with Data Element Dictionaries (DEDs) and interface specifications.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in SDLC and Agile environments.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) a plus.

Aufgaben

• Translate business requirements into technical specs and data models for pharmacy claims.
• Collaborate with analysts to ensure data and integrations meet policy needs.
• Validate logic and downstream impacts of technical decisions in healthcare domain.
• Use SQL to extract, analyze, and validate data for testing and QA.
• Document data flows and data dictionaries across modules.
• Mentor junior analysts on data standards and SQL best practices.
