You will collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to design, build, test, and deploy applications that support health programs.

This role offers a fully remote work option within the US, travel up to 0-10%, and a pay range of $72,800 to $104,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of programming, application development, and batch programming in C, Unix, and Linux.
• Strong SQL/Oracle/SQL Server experience for data querying.
• Experience with system integration, scripting, and SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Healthcare/Medicaid IT experience and regulatory familiarity preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem solving, and DevOps/CI/CD capabilities with cloud exposure (Azure/AWS).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support high-quality application solutions.
• Participate in all SDLC phases: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment.
• Execute change control and support deployments.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements.
• Analyze issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support and enhance existing C/Unix-based apps for reliability.
• Contribute to process improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Evaluate technical solutions to meet objectives.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain server, client, and web components.
• Participate in technical design and architecture development.
• Work with architects and developers to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Create functional specs, designs, and implementation plans.
• Create and maintain technical docs, test plans, deployment artifacts.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, testers, and stakeholders.
• Stay current with tools and best practices to improve delivery.
