Blink Health LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst, Client Analytics to turn complex prescription and patient journey data into actionable insights for pharmaceutical manufacturers. You will collaborate with Client/Account Management, Operations, and Data Engineering to drive program performance and client success.

The ideal candidate has expert SQL and data modeling skills, strong business acumen, storytelling abilities, and an AI-forward approach to analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of analytics experience in pharma/healthcare or related.
• Strong experience analyzing prescription, patient journey, or program performance.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI platforms.
• Experience with patient-level or claims data preferred.
• Experience supporting client-facing teams preferred.
• AI-enabled analytics tools (Cursor, Claude, MCP-based tools) preferred.
• Python or R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client/Account Management to support pharmaceutical manufacturer relationships, business reviews, and program optimization.
• Develop and maintain client KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards focused on prescription and patient journey metrics.
• Analyze script volume, conversion, fulfillment, abandonment, persistence, and other journey metrics to identify trends and drivers.
• Conduct funnel, cohort, trend, and deep-dive analyses to understand patient progression and friction points.
• Establish measurement frameworks and KPIs for new client programs and initiatives.
• Translate analyses into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support client business reviews and strategic discussions with data-driven narratives.
• Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities to strengthen client conversations.
