Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. seeks a Health Systems Manager/Senior Manager to drive access to innovative therapies across major health systems and IDNs.

You will build relationships with Centers of Excellence, hospitals, and leaders to identify collaborative opportunities and expand Acadia's impact in patient care. The role requires 8+ years in pharma or life sciences with strong strategic thinking, account planning, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, account management, or hospital sales.
• Senior Health Systems Manager requires 12+ years in pharma or life sciences.
• Experience with IDN/complex health systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and execute against strategic imperatives.
• Assess health system opportunities based on market potential and payer influence.
• Develop relationships with operational leaders, Specialty Pharmacies, and Medical Experts.
• Create business plans for IDN and Health System accounts to improve access and outcomes.
• Serve as contact for senior executives to align goals and outcomes.
• Use data and market insights to inform planning and execution.
• Educate on EHR interventions and medication transitions of care.
• Travel up to 50–75% as needed.
