Job summary

Prefect, a remote-first technology company, is seeking a data analytics lead to own the GTM analytics and data modeling. You will work with marketing, sales, RevOps, and product to define metrics, build a unified data model, and deliver actionable insights.

The role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and involves coordinating across Prefect Cloud and Dagster+ initiatives. You will build end-to-end funnels, provide attribution, and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems while supporting

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market data model.
• Define what constitutes an account.
• Define what constitutes an activated workspace.
• Define what constitutes a pipeline.
• Maintain version control, tests, and documentation of data models.
• Model the self-serve funnel end to end from first visit to activation and paying customer for both Prefect Cloud and Dagster+.
• Model the sales funnel end to end from source through MQL, SQL, pipeline, and closed won with accurate stage conversion and velocity.
• Build attribution that marketing and sales both rely on.
