Job summary

Happy Cog, a fully remote interactive agency, seeks an analytics specialist to own measurement end-to-end. You will design and implement GA4 and GTM setups, build data pipelines in BigQuery, and craft dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI to answer real business questions.

You’ll QA dataLayer specs, debug tags with Tag Assistant, and query data with SQL when UI cannot answer. You’ll translate numbers into clear insights for clients and support CRO programs with rigorous testing and

Qualifications

• Deep GA4 and GTM implementation experience.
• Fluency with dataLayer design and specification.
• Comfort in code: JavaScript for GTM, SQL for querying and transformation.
• Experience building data pipelines with BigQuery or equivalent.
• Dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI that drive decisions.
• Experience running CRO programs with A/B and multivariate testing tools.
• Strong communication skills to explain findings to non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing GA4 and GTM measurement setups for clients.
• Writing clean dataLayer specifications and QA against live containers.
• Diagnosing tracking issues end to end.
• Building data pipelines and warehousing strategies.
• Building and maintaining dashboards that answer real business questions.
• Strategizing and running CRO programs and tying outcomes to revenue/leads.
• Analyzing data across tools to find drop-offs and turning patterns into recommendations.
• Supporting new business by drafting proposals and scoping analytics work.
