Shameless Snacks is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to own paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, YouTube, Google, and emerging channels. You’ll set plans, scale what works, and drive toward margin, LTV:CAC and payback, not just ROAS.

You’ll lead the buying team, collaborate with creative and analytics, and optimize funnels for subscriber growth in a fast-paced, remote US-focused environment. This role reports to the Head of Growth and demands hands-on execution and strategic

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in performance/growth marketing, with hands-on media buying experience.
• Strong to expert experience in Meta, TikTok and AppLovin.
• Track record of scaling e-commerce direct-response ad accounts profitability.
• Understanding of unit economics: CAC, LTV:CAC, payback period.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media strategy and execution across major platforms within budget.
• Manage the Media Buying Coordinator and optimize spend.
• Scale profitable channels and identify high-performing audiences and offers.
• Provide creative briefings and insights to the team based on ad performance.
• Plan full funnels for new audiences including ads, landing pages, and offers.
• Incorporate AI into day-to-day buying decisions and reporting.
• Forecast spend, new customers, contribution margin and payback.
• Report CAC, MER, CM%, LTV:CAC and payback to Head of Growth.
• Test and scale emerging channels with clear success criteria.
