Job summary

Shameless Snacks is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to own paid media strategy and execution from a remote U.S. location. You will manage a buying coordinator and partner with creative, CRO and design teams to optimize profitable customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

• Analyze winning and losing ads, research competitors and formats, and turn findings into clear creative briefs.
• Plan full funnels spanning ads, landing pages and offers, working with Creative, Dev/CRO and Design.
• Recommend channel budget allocations and forecast spend, new customers, contribution margin and payback.
• Report blended and channel-level CAC, MER, CM%, LTV and payback, with weekly recommendations to the Head of Growth.
• Test emerging channels with clear success criteria and scale successful tests.

Own paid media growth for Shameless Snacks, with a $110,000 - $135,000 base salary, a 10-20% annual performance bonus and stock options. This remote U.S. Senior Growth Manager role puts you in charge of strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, YouTube, Google and emerging channels.

You'll lead the buying team and scale toward contribution margin, LTV and payback. If you bring 5-7 years of performance marketing experience and a record of scaling e-commerce accounts profitably.

Shameless is part of eJam, a bootstrapped consumer products company that has built, scaled and exited multiple brands. The team works across product development, packaging, marketing, marketplaces and retail, with small teams and direct ownership.

About the Role

As Senior Growth Manager, you'll own paid media strategy and execution, manage the Media Buying Coordinator and partner with creative, development/CRO and design teams. Your focus is profitable customer acquisition and retention, with decisions grounded in contribution margin, LTV and payback.

Responsibilities

• Run paid media across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, YouTube and Google within the budget set by the Head of Growth. Track daily and weekly pacing against revenue, new-customer and margin goals.
• Lead the Media Buying Coordinator and decide when to stop, scale or reduce spend.
• Scale spend profitably by identifying channels, audiences and offers that acquire customers who subscribe and stay.
• Analyze winning and losing ads, research competitors and formats, and turn findings into clear creative briefs.
• Plan full funnels spanning ads, landing pages and offers, working with Creative, Dev/CRO and Design.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in performance or growth marketing, including hands-on media buying. Agency experience counts when you personally managed buying.
• Strong to expert hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok and AppLovin, plus Google and YouTube Ads experience.
• A repeated track record of profitably scaling e-commerce direct-response ad accounts at large monthly spend.
• Strong understanding of creative strategy and creative testing, with active use of AI in media buying workflows.
• Working knowledge of CAC, LTV, payback period and contribution margin.
• Leadership experience managing people or an agency, and the ability to make independent decisions with incomplete data.
• Subscription or replenishment business experience, plus food, beverage, candy or CPG experience.
• Exposure to TikTok Shop / GMV Max, Amazon or retail media.
• Experience with incrementality, marketing mix modeling (MMM) or multi-touch attribution (MTA).

Compensation and Benefits
